Alexander Gizzo is a Senior Associate in the White Plains office. He has extensive experience representing fiduciaries in the probate and administration of estates and has represented clients from the initial petition filed with the Surrogate’s Court to the final accounting and drafting of fiduciary releases. Alex also handles the drafting of wills, health care directives and power of attorneys.
Additionally, Alex’s practice focuses on the litigation of complex claims involving construction accidents, premises liability and other high profile personal injury actions in both State and Federal Courts. He represents a Fortune 500 company in cases involving product liability claims. Prior to joining the firm, Alex served in law enforcement working as a police officer.
