Daniel F. Flores is a Partner in the New York and New Jersey offices. He is the Practice Group Leader of the Financial Services Group.
Dan's practice focuses primarily in the area of creditors' rights, concentrating on loan work-out, restructure and bankruptcy matters. He is experienced in all aspects of state and federal court litigation, including defensive litigation, actions to enforce promissory notes and guarantees, mortgage foreclosure proceedings, and replevin actions. Dan has also represented banks, lessors and asset-based lenders in all aspects of commercial loan document preparation, including syndicated, asset-based and real estate backed transactions.
Dan also represents clients in trust related litigation matters. Many of the matters he addresses in his practice arise from the management and administration of trusts and trust assets.
