Gregg Bucci maintains a national practice focused on complex and sophisticated real estate transactions. Having practiced in real estate throughout his career, Gregg understands the business and operational aspects of the industry as well as the needs, concerns and protections of importance to his clients. He is a key member of Wilson Elser’s firm-wide Commercial Services practice and leads its real estate committee. He also is a member of the firm’s Asia practice.
Gregg’s extensive real estate transactional experience encompasses commercial leases, acquisitions and sales, commercial mortgages and construction loans, and workouts and restructurings involving office buildings, shopping centers and industrial properties across the country. He has developed a particular niche representing major automotive finance companies in loans to their dealership networks. With a strong transactional background, Gregg also assists clients with a range of general corporate matters such as business formation, operating and partnership agreements, and secured transactions.

Gregg’s real estate practice mirrors the increased complexity and sophistication of the market and the law. He provides clients with sensible yet innovative solutions and helps them stay abreast of the ever-changing economic landscape.
Gregg represents owners and tenants in negotiating lease agreements for office buildings and shopping centers across the country. He assists both sellers and buyers in connection with acquisitions and sales of shopping center and commercial/industrial properties. He represents lending institutions and financing companies, as well as borrowers, in negotiating, documenting and closing commercial mortgage and building and construction loan transactions. He also handles loan workouts and restructurings.
With extensive involvement representing automotive finance companies in providing operational loans and refinancings to their dealership networks, Gregg has developed an understanding of the unique issues facing this industry. Other niche areas in which Gregg has developed particular experience include the representation of residential condominium developments and funeral home purchasers.
Gregg has substantial experience with zoning and land use issues as well, guiding clients through the permit application process and accompanying environmental reviews.
