Matthew Hosford is Of Counsel in the Albany Office. His practice focuses primarily on the areas of health care and corporate law.
Matthew has a wide range of experience providing legal services to various types of health care providers including, but not limited to, hospitals, physician groups, ambulance providers and health care trade associations. He regularly counsels health care clients regarding a variety of transactional, regulatory and contractual issues.
In the area of corporate law, Matthew represents all types of clients in regard to entity formation, mergers, dissolutions, contractual matters and tax-exempt issues. In addition, he has substantial experience in commercial leasing for office buildings, representing both landlords and tenants.
