Jean-Claude (J.C.) Mazzola is a Partner in the New York office. His practice involves the representation of foreign manufacturers in the enforcement of trade and shipping contracts in the United States. He also assists various foreign and domestic clients in connection with the transit and shipping of manufactured goods, merchandise and commodities, including the preparation and negotiation of transit documents and sales contracts. He has extensive trial experience, having litigated, mediated and arbitrated numerous domestic and international matters
J.C. has significant experience representing the insurance industry in connection with underwriting and regulatory matters. He spent two years seconded to a major London-based insurance syndicate where he advised management on various aspects of United States commercial, marine, transportation law. J.C. has presented lectures and seminars to insurers, both in the United States and London on a wide variety of United States legal issues.
