Philip Quaranta is a Partner in the White Plains office. His practice focuses on the representation of product manufacturers in the U.S., Japan and Canada.
Phil defends manufactures in disputes with distributors, dealers and component manufacturers. He drafts dealership and distributorship agreements, as well as contracts with component part suppliers. Phil has particular experience related to manufacturers and component part suppliers in China. Phil also defends consumer law cases and lemon law cases across the United States
Phil was the managing partner of the firm’s Tokyo office for over three years. He is a frequent lecturer on product liability and loss prevention for Japanese companies, and was formerly admitted to practice law in Japan as Gaikokuho Jimu Bengoshi.
