Ross J. Ellick is a Partner in the White Plains office. Ross concentrates his practice in complex commercial, corporate and securities litigation. He also focuses his practice in the defense of claims involving construction/labor law, premises liability and complex general liability. In addition, Ross has extensive experience in litigating commercial real estate foreclosure and landlord/tenant disputes, as well as protecting and enforcing creditors' rights.
Ross has successfully represented his clients in disputes involving complicated First Amendment and Right to Privacy issues. He routinely litigates in the federal, state and appellate courts. Ross also handles matters before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) tribunals in connection with securities industry regulatory and disciplinary issues, as well as in connection with employment and contract disputes. Prior to entering private practice in 1992, he served as an attorney for the Enforcement Department of the American Stock Exchange.
