Steven Kent is a Partner in the New York office. He has counseled commercial and corporate clients on transactions and acquisitions, financing arrangements, taxation, employment disputes and restrictive covenants, officer compensation, governance and ethical issues.
Steve’s practice includes counseling insurers and insurance brokers with respect to their business interests, risk management and matters involving insurance policy wordings and new products. He has also litigated numerous cases involving financial, regulatory, ethical, employment, and contractual disputes, at the trial and appellate levels, and has experience with alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation and arbitration, as well.
Steve has lectured at Columbia University on the legal and ethical regulation of the health care industry. He has also lectured to private groups on health care and insurance regulation, as well as attorney ethics.
